Pastuso Peruvian Grill was established in 2014, by the owners behind Argentinian restaurant San Telmo (Dave and Micky Parker and Jason and Renee McConnell) and they have partnered up with Restaurant Manager Ben Wood and Head Chef Alejandro Saravia.
Alejandro brings his South American heritage to all aspects of his cooking. Having grown up with the strong flavours and variety of Peruvian cuisine, Alejandro finds inspiration in the fond memories of his grandmother’s cooking to convey the essence of Peru to light through food.

CLEVERLY BLENDING OLD traditional-style cooking with readily available local produce and a gentle marriage of culinary influences from Asia and Australia. Only the best locally sourced fresh ingredients, from Murrumbidgee yabbies, emu, kangaroo, crocodile to King Island beef and Inonica chemical-free chicken are used. The menu also extends from mild nyonya dishes to very spicy Thai coconut curries and Malay Sambals.
