Ricardo Zarate Cooks Illawarra Prime Alpaca

The editor of Food & Wine magazine picked Ricardo Zarante from Mo-Chica and Picca restaurants in Los Angeles as America’s best new chef. During the recent Sydney International Food Festival “CRAVE” Illawarra Prime Alpaca supplied 800 servings of Alpaca to a multitude of chefs including Ricardo Zarate. Ricardo’s Alpaca Tiradito was served at the CRAVE gala dinner to 350 chefs, food writers, journalists and public.
